Booth Variance Request

Only exhibitors requesting variances and/or exhibits that do not comply with the Exhibit Rules & Regulations as outlined on the website must complete this form. Verbal approvals will not be granted. Please submit a detailed drawing or schematic of the booth layout including the heights and widths of all structures, towers, graphics, etc. Drawings must be emailed to Mary Simard at msimard@ehpub.com, or faxed to 508-663-1595, attn:Mary Simard.  Any questions, please contact Mary Simard at msimard@ehpub.com or 508-663-1500 x255.
