Exhibitor Registration Information
Following are some general guidelines and information regarding exhibitor registration policies and procedures:
- EHX is a trade event. No one under the age of 16 nor registrants who are not professionally involved with the electronic house industry will be admitted
- Exhibitors are allowed a minimum of 10 exhibitor badges for a 100 square foot exhibit space and an additional 5 badges for each additional 100 square feet.
- Personnel registering after 3/1/10 must pick up their badges onsite at Exhibitor Registration.
- Exhibitors must register all of their booth personnel in order for them to gain access to the exhibit floor during set-up and tear-down and one hour before and 1/2 hour after show hours.
- Exhibitors may register by accessing the online resource center
- If you would like badges mailed to you please make sure to check the mail badges with badge holders option. Updates and changes to your exhibit personnel list right up until March 1, 2010.
- Exhibitor badges allow access to the exhibit floor, CePro All Star Band, and Networking events during EHX.
- It is important to communicate with your booth personnel and contractors you hire when and where they must pick up their badges and wristbands. Without one, they will not be allowed on the show floor under any circumstances.
- If an employee from your company goes to Exhibitor Registration to obtain an exhibitor badge, and one is not left for that person, the employee must show a business card and picture ID to register as an exhibitor with your company. If your badge allotment is full, that employee will be directed to purchase an ‘Exhibits Only’ badge inorder to obtain entrance to the show floor.
On-Site Exhibitor Registration Hours
Thursday, March 25 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
Friday, March 26 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
Saturday, March 27 8:00 am - 2:00 pm
Set-Up & Teardown Information
In order to gain access to the exhibit floor during set-up and teardown, exhibitors must display their exhibitor badge or set-up/teardown wristband. All exhibit personnel on the show floor during these hours must possess one of these identification items for security purposes. Set-up / tear-down wristbands will be available on-site at the Orange County Convention Center at the entrance to the show floor.
