We have been notified that outside companies 'Expo Housing' have solicited our exhibitors with confusing offers to secure discounted hotel rooms. The solicitation indicates that the official event hotels are sold out and that the outside company can secure hotel rooms for close to the same or much lower rates than our discounted price (and with a hefty cancellation penalty). These solicitations ARE NOT OFFICIALLY TIED to our event. EHX is not responsible for these products and urge you to carefully examine all solicitations.
